I am passionate about wellness and health equity, working to eliminate barriers through easier access to quality healthcare. I am the owner of Intertwined Wellness Care, in Olympia, WA. I combine my medical and psychiatric knowledge and experience to serve individuals ages 10 and up.
I am dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personalized psychiatric care that respects the dignity and privacy of every client. I do not provide primary family care but offer consultations for integrated care.
I am licensed to practice in Washington State, offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management and mindfulness interventions for anxiety, depression, grief, and attention deficit-hyperactivity disorders.

Appointments are conducted primarily through telehealth.
A minimum of one in-person appointment will be required every 6 - 12 months based on insurance and medication management.
I am not allowed to provide services to existing or new patients when they travel out of Washington State. You will need to seek care at a local health care center.
